Tower Two-Sixty

The Tower at Two-Sixty project will result in 143,000 sq. ft. in commercial space in a LEED certified building in Market-Square Downtown. This will include rental space, parking space, hotel space and office space. The main benefit of this project is it will generate 2.1 million onetime additional tax revenue and 4.3 million additional tax revenue.

Point Park Playhouse

This New Pittsburgh Playhouse will me a modern learning and performing center for downtown Pittsburgh. Over 140,000 sq. ft. of renovated and new space will house three performance venues, a large sound studio and elaborate atrium/gallery.

Oliver Building

The historic Henry W. Oliver building will be renovated into office and retail space. The renovation of the 25-story building will feature conference areas, a full lobby, a restaurant and a swimming pool.
