Biography
Haneff works with clients on structured finance and real estate transactions for community & economic development projects. He routinely assists community development entities (CDEs), developers and government municipalities in connection with new markets tax credit (NMTC), opportunity zones and historic rehabilitation credits financing transactions. He manages the closing and post-closing process for complex corporate, tax and real estate closings.
