Environmental Charter School
The Environmental Charter Middle School will be renovating the 60,000 sq. ft. former Rodger School building into a new charter school. It will be used to enroll over 400 students, and achieve a goal of admitting 40 low income students.
Highmark Stadium
This new 3,000 seat sporting event stadium will be the new home to the Pittsburgh Riverhounds professional soccer team and the professional women’s football team, the Pittsburgh Passion.
Energy Innovation Center
The multi-disciplinary institution is a new renovation of the formally old Connelley Trade School. The redevelopment of the 160 sq. ft. will be an energy research institution. The new production will promote energy-sector research and innovation, and create new jobs, entrepreneurship and the revitalization of the neighborhood.
