40th Street Hotel (Tryp Hotel)

The former Washington Polytechnic High School on 40th St. will be developed into a 108 room hotel with two restaurants and all manner of hospitality facilities. Occupying a prime location, this hotel will become a destination for business professional traveling to expos as well as tourism and shopping.

Mill 19

Mill 19 is phase I for mixed use development for its 280,000 sq. ft. property in Hazelwood. The new complex will include light industrial office, retail and public space. It will be developed as a "Net Zero" site, meaning the total amount of energy used, will be equal to the total amount of energy created.

Children's Museum Lab

A former Carnegie building was newly renovated to house three educationally focused nonprofits. A proposal for housing a maker space, a museum, a school, and other educational focused areas. In total this project will create almost 200 jobs.

The is a proposal for a transformation of an old warehouse to 1 million sq. ft. office and riverfront Park. twill provide a great deal for public space, retail space, area for local buildings and includes access for pedestrian and cyclists. In addition to this, it will create over 1,000 employment opportunities.

Comfort Inn at East Ohio

The Comfort Inn at East Ohio will undergo construction to house a brand new 96-bedroom facility in the EAST Ohio Business District. The hotel will include a host of amenities designed to serve a professional client-base. The creation of this infrastructure will be an impetus for economic resurgence and rejuvenation, creating 60 employment opportunities, construction jobs and full-time equivalent jobs.
